These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and booking of services with Viktoriia Komarova (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Governing law: State of California. Primary service area: San Diego County.
1) Services
We provide professional makeup and beauty services by appointment. Service descriptions and pricing are accurate at the time of booking and may change before future bookings. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, hygiene, or policy violations.
2) Client Eligibility & Minors
- You must be able to consent to services. Government ID may be requested.
- Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian present and written consent.
- We do not provide medical treatments or diagnose conditions.
3) Health, Allergies & Contraindications
- Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or recent procedures (e.g., chemical peels) before your appointment.
- We use professional-grade products, but individual reactions can occur. You accept the risk of possible reactions and agree to notify us immediately if discomfort occurs.
- If you are ill or contagious, please reschedule. We may refuse service at our discretion for health/safety reasons.
4) Bookings, Deposits & Confirmations
- Appointments are confirmed only after we issue a confirmation email/SMS.
- A deposit may be required and applied to your final balance. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Group/event bookings may require an itemized agreement and schedule.
5) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
- To cancel or reschedule, provide at least 12 hours notice.
- Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee up to 25% of the scheduled service or forfeit the deposit.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or canceled with applicable fees.
6) Payments, Gratuity & Chargebacks
- We accept major cards and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Gratuity is optional and appreciated.

7) Refunds & Results
- Services already rendered are not refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us during the appointment so we can make reasonable adjustments.
- Trials and photos are provided to align expectations, but individual results vary based on skin type, environment, and aftercare.
- Retail products (if sold) follow the product‑specific return policy provided at purchase.
8) On‑Location, Travel & Parking
- On‑location services may incur travel, parking, toll, and early‑start fees. Fees will be disclosed before booking when possible.
- The client is responsible for securing adequate lighting, seating, and a clean workspace.
9) Professional Conduct & Safety
- Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated. We comply with California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civ. Code § 51 et seq.).
- We follow hygiene and sanitation best practices. Tools and brushes are cleaned/disinfected between clients.
10) Photos & Media (Optional)
We will only photograph or share your image with your express permission. You may revoke permission at any time in writing, and we will cease future use (past published materials may remain).
11) Website Use
- Content on this site is for general information. Unauthorized copying or scraping is prohibited.
- We may update content, availability, and pricing without notice.
12) Privacy & California “Notice at Collection”
We respect your privacy and comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended.
- Categories collected: identifiers (name, email, phone), booking details (date/time, services), limited device data (IP, user agent), and payment confirmation info (via our payment processor).
- Purposes: scheduling, confirmations, customer service, security/fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Selling/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We may share with service providers (e.g., payment, booking, messaging) under contracts limiting use.

13) SMS/Email Communications
- By providing your phone/email, you consent to receive transactional messages about your booking (e.g., confirmations, reminders). Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
- Marketing messages are sent only with your express consent and can be revoked at any time.
14) Promotions & Gift Cards
- Promotions are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
- Any conditions (e.g., minimum spend, date limits) will be disclosed at the time of offer.
- Gift cards/vouchers are subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable California law.
15) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missed events) except where prohibited by law.
16) Dispute Resolution & Venue
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflicts principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You and we waive any objection to such venue.
17) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new effective date above. The updated Terms apply to bookings made after the update unless otherwise required by law.
